La pioggia non ferma il Meeting dell'Amicizia - The rain doesn't stop the Friendship Meeting

Nonostante la pioggia incessante e il freddo invernale, il Meeting dell’Amicizia è stato carico di emozioni.  La splendida cornice notturna della Campana dei Caduti,  con le luci della città di Rovereto sullo sfondo,  ha contribuito a rendere l’atmosfera solenne  e suggestiva. Dopo una divertente esibizione con le bandiere delle bambine dell’ “Asd Scarpette Gialle” ,  ogni nazione partecipante è stata chiamata a recitare il giuramento e poi sono stati cantati a squarciagola gli inni delle 15 nazioni arrivate a Rovereto.  Un lancio di frecce luminose colorate delle tinte della pace, scoccate dagli arcieri della Compagnia Kappa Kosmos, hanno dato il via ai 100 rintocchi della Campana Maria Dolens. Il programma di domani prevede le finali di tutte le categorie, le premiazioni e i fuochi d’artificio.

Despite of the incessant rain and the wintry cold, the Friendship Meeting was full of emotions.  The fantastic location of the Campana  dei  Caduti, with the lights of the city of Rovereto in the background, has made the event solemn and suggestive. After an entertaining exhibition with the flags of the girls of the “Asd Scarpette Gialle”, each nation was called to recite the national anthems of the 15 nations arrived in Rovereto. The launch of the bright arrows,  painted with the colours of the peace , fired by the archers of the Kappa Kosmos Company, kicked off to the 100 peals of the bell Maria Dolens. The schedule for tomorrow submits the finals of the categories, the award ceremony and the fireworks.
